The Rules of Going to W.C. (water closet, latrine) (privy) and its morls

 

1. The genitals must be veiled (covered) (hidden) from any respected onlooker (spectator). It is meant by "genitals"

the penis (the male organ or member), testicles (stones) and anus (rump) (fundament).

2. precautiously, veiling the area between the penis and the anus and the hair of the genitals (pubes) (pubic region) and the hair of the sides of the pubes. The body of the woman is all genitals to be veiled from any onlooker(distinguisher) except the husband. (going to the water-closet has legal rules mentioned in page 38-39 from "AL-Deen AL-Qayyim, worships).

3. It is prohibited for the person who eases nature to put the niche (AL-Kibla) before or after him during his sitting in the w.c.( latrine) to urinate (make water) or to get rid of feces (excrement). There is no difference when the place (w.c.) is veiled (covered) and uncovered.

4. The anus (rump) must be purified (cleaned) from feces, after removing the same impurity, by water once, but better twice, as for urine the penis is washed once with much water and twice when the water is little.

5. The water of slops is impure. Slops mean the dirty water after washing (The surplus water after washing (dirty) when we wash a place or something dirty. The remaining humidity (moisture) in its natural and usual form is pure after the disconnection of the slops.
