His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) welcomed – in his blessed office -  the minster of higher education and scientific research Dr. Abdul Razaq Al-Issa, explaining the significance of purifying the ministry of  higher education and scientific research from the corruption in order to improve the ministry and lead it toward advancement.
