* This month is a mercy for all humanity, and it must be exploited with repentance and forgiveness.

* The month is an opportunity for cooperation among believers to secure a decent life for the poor and meet their needs.

* I praise and praise the youth of my sons in the armed and security forces, and those who are in hospitals who do their best to protect the faithful and the citizens.

* We must know that Allah Almighty did not afflict people with epidemics except for the large number of their sins and their obedience and injustice to each other.

* The previous nations were not destroyed except because of the use of the grace of Allah Almighty in his transgression.

* Modern technologies are of the modern blessings of modern man; let them invest them against injustice and harming others.

* Man should not despair and should turn to Allah Almighty during this blessed month by reforming himself and leaving prohibitions.

* To our youth, especially in Iraq: We must adhere to the instructions of skilled doctors who specialize in preserving your life, your souls, and your families.

In the annual speech of His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) with the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan, where His Eminence provides believers in all parts of the world with a number of patriarchal directives and advice to invest in the blessed month of Ramadan, the best investment and exit from it as joyful winners. Among the recommendations are that blessings befall a person with various religious affiliations, for he purifies a person with spirit and body, and he said:

Allah Almighty said: “O you who believe! The fast has been written upon you, as it was written on those before you, that you may fear”.

Believers, we are welcoming the month of Ramadan, and that all of you will be devoted to the month of Ramadan.” Fasting on servants except to purify and purify themselves and their bodies, indicating that “self-purifying is necessary for a person. Allah Almighty said:“ He who succeeded has made zakat * and he mentioned the name of his Lord, and he prayed ”, and he also said:“ He has succeded the one who purifies himself, and the one who does not will lose. ” It is a blessing from Allah to purify souls and sanctify people from filth and disease. "

His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) indicated that this grace must be invested in the best investment through frequent forgiveness and the provision of sincere repentance in the hands of Allah Almighty, where His Eminence stated in the statement: "This month is a blessing from Allah, the exalted, man – in general - and Muslim in particular and loving to the family of the Greatest Prophet ( May Allah bless him and his family), we must all know the value and the greatness of this honorable month in order to take advantage of the narrations and sermons of the Great Prophet (may Allah bless him and his family) that he was urging Muslims and assuring the faithful of the large number of forgiveness and offering repentance in this honorable month, and return to Allah. This provision is not only competent, but this fasting person in judgment on every Muslim and every believer, even if he is unable to fast for some reason, stressing everyone should benefit from this month's prayers for forgiveness and repent and turn. "

His Eminence (may Allah prolog his life) affirmed that the time period of the month of Ramadan must be considered an important opportunity for the life of the believer person and to use it rationally, eager to achieve success and victory on the Day of Resurrection. Once we go to recite the Holy Qur’an, then the month of Ramadan is his spring, and once again help the poor people from society and secure a decent life for them. His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) says: " We should all take advantage of this honorable month of fasting and worship, especially the recitation of the Qur’an that it was stated in the verses and narrations that reciting the Qur’an in this honorable month is much better than reciting in another month “as it is” to feed the poor and meet the needs of the needy people is of great importance in this honorable month a responsibility from every Muslim towards every Muslim, and even if there is a non-Muslim who dies of starvation and you are safe from his evil, then you should gain the pleasure of Allah through showing kindness on these non-Muslims and feed them.  On this basis, feeding the poor and fulfilling their needs is required from every Muslim in every case in all days of the year and in especially this honorable month, this work is much better than the rest of the months and the fasting person when he starves he remembers the hunger of the poor and when he looks at his fasting children this he reminds him of the hunger of the children of Muslims so he thinks about fulfilling their needs with whatever he can, no matter how little.

Concerning what the world is going through from the Corona pandemic and the large numbers that afflicted the peoples here and there, His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) indicated that the first reason for this is the injustice of man to his human brother and the multiplicity of types and methods of injustice and their departure from the limits of obedience to Allah Almighty and His Eminence says: "We should know that it has afflicted us and afflicted the world these days is with this devastating epidemic and the devastating calamity _ Corona _ and we should know Allah, almighty, people will not be afflicted in this way from the plague except for the many of their sins and their disobedience to each other and the oppression of each other. Therefore, Allah Almighty said in his clear book: (And if only the people of the Qur’an believed of them blessings from heaven and earth), said in another verse: (Allah sets forth a Parable: a city enjoying security and quiet, abundantly supplied with sustenance from every place: Yet was it ungrateful for the favours of Allah: so God made it taste of hunger and terror (in extremes) (closing in on it) like a garment (from every side), because of the (evil) which (its people) wrought.). we seek Allah’s Almighty refuge what this epidemic is only the result of our evils, and our sins, and the injustice of each other, and transgressing one another, and not respecting each other, did not fulfill the rights of each other, but some fathers do not perform the rights of their children, and some children do not perform the rights of their fathers and mothers. If one of them fails to fulfill the right of her husband, as well as the opposite, if one of the people fails to fulfill his wife’s right, then all of this is unjust, so all of that is no thanks to the grace and infidelity with it.

Furthermore, His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) stated in his guiding and educational speech that disbelief in the blessings of Allah (the exalted) throughout the ages and the use of these blessings in achieving disobedience to Allah Almighty is a reason for the descent of his allegiance to people, pointing out that the blessing of modern technologies and communication between those who live in the east and west of the world in achieving sins and harms. To others financially and morally, but it is a disbelief in this divine grace that he gave to contemporary man, then His Eminence says: "And know that disbelief in grace is not related to tongue or belief, but to use the grace of Allah Almighty in non-obedience to Allah Almighty, for the destruction of some of the previous nations for these sins that they were used Allah’s grace to disobey Him. Allah the almighty granted Man with such grace and the modern technology for which our beloved Imams (PBUH) preached to us: (The believer is in the age of the Awaited Imam while he is in the East will  see his brother who is in West and vice versa. They are means of comfort (grace), but man has taken disobedient means and issues that infringe upon symptoms, money, and souls, all of which disbelieve in the grace of Allah Almighty, and this calamity was for this transgression of the divine blessings upon us that are countless.

At the conclusion of his speech, His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) affirms that the duty of all believers is to commit to Allah Almighty, and not to despair, and what is required of a person to reform his behavior and morals in a manner that achieves the satisfaction of Allah (the exalted); for goodness to prevail once more and this epidemic recedes, His Eminence says: “No one is permitted to despair of the mercy of Allah Almighty and that the mercy of Allah is close to the benefactors, we must improve by reforming our behavior and our works, may Allah Almighty forgive us of our sin, and transcend our sins, and transgress from our sins and transgressions, until we win the blessings of Allah Almighty again, and the month of Ramadan has accepted. We use this honorable month to atone for atonement and by us and keenness to engage in obedience to Allah Almighty to pay this epidemic and other epidemics that afflict man from the bad deeds of his work, we must repent to Allah Almighty. "

His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) advised the believers, especially the youth in Iraq, to take advantage of the blessed month of Ramadan and the return that embraced guidance, goodness, reform and virtue, and to adhere to the health instructions and directives issued by the concerned authorities to preserve their health and the health of their families, and through them to preserve the safety and health of the community. His Eminence  (may Allah prolong his life says: "O brothers everywhere and my children are young people everywhere, especially in our dear Iraq, the Iraq of the two imams Ali and Hussein (peace be upon them) , the pure imams of Iraq, which contains in its arms the possession of the seminary or the Hawzas, we must all benefit from this blessed month of its fasting and His resurrection, as well as we have to adhere to the advice of dedicated doctors who are skilled at preserving our lives, in keeping our souls, in preserving our families, and in protecting our bodies and souls from this wicked disease.

In this regard, I pay tribute to my children and my youth in the armed and security forces, and to those in hospitals who strive to protect the faithful and protect the citizens, are serious about it. May Allah thank their beautiful endeavors and accept from them this work, and the blessings of success increase more and more for this service and other services. ”
