In the name of Allah, the compassionate,  the Merciful

Praise be to Allah for guiding us to his religion. Due thanks for what he called for in his path, surrendering to what he blessed and done, and committed to awaiting his grace and more sympathy in the Hereafter and in this world. Prayers and peace be upon those who bear the trouble and won the foundations of Alah’s religion and his family the pure imams; and the curse on their enemies until the Day of Judgment.

Allah Almighty said: (Those who said to our Lord is Allah, and then they go straight, the angels will descend upon them, telling them not to fear nor be sorrowful, and do welcome the Paradise that you have been promised

Allah is truthful, the Highest and Great.

It is the fourth anniversary of the death of the great scholar, the great Husseini preacher and speaker, Mirza Muhammad Athar (may Allah sanctify his pure spirit), who had been known as the great preacher, the conciliator for the service of the Husseini pulpit and the continuation of the service of the master of martyrs (BPUH).  His activities were not confined to one region, but spread in the world, and that is a blessing which few ones can have.  May Allah’s peace be upon him, on the day of his birth and on the day of his death, and on the day of resurrection, protected by the intercession of Ahlulbait (PBUH), honored by the crown of the servant of Imam Al-Hussein (PBUH).

Also, it is the anniversary of the death of the preacher of religion and knowledge, the knight of Imam Al-Hussein (PBUH), Mirza Muhammad Ishfaq. This respected preacher has Allah’s care to continue serving Ahlulbait (PBUH) to his last breath. He was not only a preacher, but also a creative poet. Within his visits to holy shrines in Iraq, he has visited our office also.  May Allah reward him for his great endeavors and may Allah provide him with the intercession of Imam Al-Hussein and of Al-Zahra (PBUH).

We in this auspicious meeting would like all of us to pay attention to following things:

1. The region that surrounds India, Bangladesh and Muslim countries whose people are known for their concern with humanitarian issues and has been marked by interest in the life of living organisms with organic life, and we should preserve this honorable trait wherever possible.

2.  We should focus on the friendly relationship between the Indian and the Iraqi peoples within the right religious framework.

3. We should know that the strength and integrity of humanity and the Muslims in general and the Shiites of Ahlulbait(PBUH) in particular is only achieved  by our commitment to religion and the education of our children within the correct religious teachings and making our families within the framework of the holy law. Parents should know that the basic step in bringing children in future generations to religion is achieved in the commitment of the father and everyone who has a concern in education with religion in word and deed, because children are affected by the simplest anomalous movement they see or feel from the parent, grandfather or educator.

4. The religious schools founded by our past scholars within the Hawza in our dear city (Lucknow), as well as the schools that were lately established, we must all preserve its honor and its ancient scientific and narrative beauty. By preserving the old school curricula that were founded or adopted by our righteous scholars, may Allah be pleased with them.

5. We must all preserve the glimmer that our righteous scholars have lit to give us the path of knowledge and action and to preserve and defend them; so that we can continue the path that these righteous people have paved for us, thanking Allah for their beautiful endeavors.

6. We must all know that pride and dignity exist in science and work, and knowledge can be divided with regard to the need for two categories:

One of them is what is used to reform the body and provide all its necessities, and public schools from the start to the universities are active, especially in India, and it strives for development, expansion and continuation of the path of light and keeping the darkness away from society.

And the second category is what is used to reform the soul and formulate it in a proper form, so that it becomes a source of good, honor, pride and dignity. This is achieved within the religious schools and honorable scientific semesters, so the pioneers of these schools, in all their ranks, are serious and dedicated in developing, spreading, expanding, and preserving; so that we can keep pace with the evolving time. In various aspects of life, by illuminating the way for future generations.

I pray Allah Almighty to bring that day closer, so that the activity of the scientific Hawza in (Lucknow) will return to the previous era, and that is not expensive to be done for Allah.

7. We must all pay attention to the Husseini rituals in its various manifestations, such as establishing condolences, organizing processions, showing sadness and expressing willingness to sacrifice preciously for the sake of these rituals, which are the symbol of the true religion. Imam Hussein (PBUH) sacrificed for the sake of religion, and it has been proven that what is said: (Islam Muhammadi in terms of existence and Husseini in terms of lasting). So, let the world know that these rituals are the pupils of our eyes and of our hearts. These rituals will not stop until we hand them over to the Awaited grandson of Hussein (may Allah hasten his reappearance), crowning with the crown of the supporters of Hussein (PBUH) so that they deserve latter’s intercession along with his grandfather and mother’s intercession, Inshallah.

Wassalam
