During his meeting with Dr. Luay Hamid Jawab Al-Khatib, the Iraqi Minister of Electricity, His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) stressed that the long-awaited electricity crisis must be resolved, while welcoming all efforts to make Iraq self-reliant in providing energy in full and in the latest and best ways.

His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) stressed the importance of investing Iraqi youth energies and providing all opportunities to find sites for them to serve their country, expressing at the same time that the religious authority stands with those who serve the people of this country and achieve this poor people their due rights and that Iraq's service is in fulfillment of the blood of the martyrs .

For his part, Dr. Al-Khatib gave an explanation of the most important course of his ministry's work and future plans, thanking His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) for the good hospitality, advice and guidance.
