His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) welcomed a joint scientific delegation from Russia and Chechnya, who came to Iraq at the invitation of the Iraqi Educational Development Organization, in cooperation with the Russian Federation of Students Without Borders. The delegation included the Director of Relations between the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, in the field of Russian education with a number of university presidents.

His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) stressed in the dialogue the importance of joint cooperation between the Russian, Chechen and Iraqi scientific institutions to exchange scientific experiences for the general benefit of all peoples and societies.

His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) also welcomed all efforts to support Iraq through scientific exchange between Iraqi and international universities, as well as opening up the field for Iraqi study missions in Russia and others.

"The Shiites of the people of the house (peace be upon them) have suffered many calamities as a result of their belief and adherence to the thought and methodology of the people of the house (peace be upon them), which emphasizes the thought and mind and the pursuit of science in various fields, focusing on the good and safety and the spread of peace and compassion, reviewing the exposure of the people of this country from the crimes of the Saddam regime and the continuation of the American occupation and terrorism, stating that the world must stand with Iraq after it defeated terrorism.

For his part, the delegation reviewed the most important course of his visit to Iraq and his projects, thanking His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) for his blessed time and good reception and advice.
