His Eminence, the Grand Religious Authority, Ayatollah Sheik Bashir Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) welcomed a delegation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participating in the commemoration of the Arbaeen pilgrimage this year.

He (may Allah prolong his life) offered paternal recommendations and guidance to the delegation, emphasizing that every action is only accepted with the condition of piety, as it is the criterion for the acceptance or rejection of deeds by Allah (The Exalted), stressing that the first step towards the acceptance of deeds is self-accountability.

He (may Allah prolong his life) stated that the visit to the holy shrines is a great opportunity for believers to start a new journey and a new life, far from sins and mistakes, by standing with oneself, acknowledging mistakes, and insisting on abandoning them.

His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) emphasized the obligation to understand the religion and know what is permissible and forbidden in order to avoid falling into sins and committing transgressions. By doing so, a person will be saved from the wrath of Allah (glorified and exalted be He) in this world and the hereafter.

He (may Allah prolong his life) concluded by praying for the believers to be protected from the fluctuations of time and for their deeds, prayers, and visits to be accepted.
