The Department of Representatives and Delegates of the office of His Eminence Marja' al-Najafi (may Allah prolong his life) has finalized its preparations for dispatching mourners to the blessed Fatimid March, for participation in the annual Fatimid mourning.

Large crowds of believers set out in the early morning of Wednesday to participate in the Fatimid mourning, held under the patronage of His Eminence Marja' al-Najafi (may Allah prolong his life). These mourning crowds proceeded towards the holy shrine of the Commander of the Faithful, Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him), to commemorate the anniversary of the martyrdom of Lady Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her).

The Department has completed all procedures related to the preparations for public transportation and the departure towards the city of Najaf al-Ashraf, awaiting the move to the holy shrine – God willing – after a large Fatimid mourning council led by His Eminence Sayyid al-Ba'aj was held at the central office of His Eminence the Marja' (may Allah prolong his life).
