The representative of the office of His Eminence Ayatollah al-Najafi (may Allah prolonged his life) in Basra Governorate participated in the opening of the Al-Hawra' Zaynab Husayniyah (peace be upon her) in the city district, as part of ongoing preparations to receive visitors of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) during the Arba'een pilgrimage.

Sayyid Muhammad al-Jabri said: "The opening of the Husayniyah represents a blessed step in the path of serving the visitors of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him)," affirming that this service is a great honor for everyone who contributes to it. He prayed to God Almighty to grant success to all servants and volunteers and to make this blessed establishment a launchpad for giving, sincerity, and solidarity in serving the esteemed visitors until they reach holy Karbala.

He explained that serving the visitors of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) is a great religious and moral responsibility, and that the opening of this Husayniyah embodies the community's awareness and keenness to revive the Husayni rituals. He appreciated the efforts of the local residents, donors, and volunteers who contributed to completing this blessed project.

He pointed out that the opening ceremony witnessed an atmosphere of faith and service that reflected the spirit of cooperation and mutual support among the believers, with various capabilities being harnessed to provide the best services for visitors, including providing rest areas, hospitality, and all necessary supplies to assist them in completing their journey toward holy Karbala during the Arba'een pilgrimage.
