BASRA — On the sidelines of his participation in the Arbaeen pilgrimage, Sheikh Ali Al-Najafi visited the families of Iraqi fishermen who were recently attacked in Basra.

Sheikh Al-Najafi expressed his strong condemnation of the assault, asserting that human safety and life represent a red line that all authorities and entities must respect. He emphasized the necessity of safeguarding the livelihoods of ordinary citizens and isolating them from external political conflicts and calculations.

Furthermore, Sheikh Al-Najafi extended his deepest condolences to the family of the fallen fisherman, praying for God to grant them patience and solace.
