BAGHDAD — The representative of Grand Ayatollah Al-Najafi’s office in Baghdad sponsored a series of religious and social activities for the months of Muharram and Safar at the Ruqayya Shrine and the Imam Al-Sadiq (pbuh) Mosque and School in Al-Rashidya, north of the capital.

Sheikh Kareem Al-Sa'di stated that the mission of religious scholars extends beyond leading prayers and delivering sermons to building conscious individuals and deepening their commitment to authentic Islamic values.

He highlighted that the current era demands an active, hands-on presence from clergy to directly engage with citizens, listen to their concerns, and offer spiritual guidance. He reiterated that serving the faithful and promoting the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt (pbut) remains a steadfast priority aimed at reinforcing faith, social cohesion, and community unity.
