LOGISTICS AND RECEPTION FRAMEWORKS INTENSIFY AS THOUSANDS PREPARE FOR SUNDAY MORNING DEPARTURE

HOLY KARBALA — The Department of Representatives of Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir Hussein Al-Najafi’s Office is maintaining intensive field and organizational operations to finalize preparations for receiving delegation groups joining the annual Fatimiya  March.

Department Official Sayed Hatem Al-Amidi confirmed that teams in the Karbala Operations Room are completing all required setups. "By the grace of Almighty God and the guidance of the Ahlulbayt (PBUH), we are putting the final touches on reception arrangements for mourning delegations set to launch their procession at dawn on Sunday," Al-Amidi stated.

He highlighted that dedicated personnel are working as a unified team to cover all essential logistical needs—focusing heavily on transportation, catering, and lodging for the large crowds arriving sequentially in Karbala, which serves as the primary staging assembly point.
