His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) welcomed the Consul of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Province, His Excellency Hamid Makarem Al-Shirazi and his accompanying delegation.

His Eminence (may Allah prolong  his life) stressed the importance of consolidating and strengthening Iraqi relations with the countries of the Islamic world, especially the neighboring countries, pointing to the need for cohesion of the Islamic world for the pride and dignity of Muslim peoples, stressing the importance of working in a way that serves the interests of the peoples of the region.

His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) offered many directives and advice, indicating the position and importance of Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf and its sanctity and its great and great role on the Islamic world, drawing inspiration from the holy shrine of Master of the Unitarian Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (PBUHHis Excellency the Consul offered his thanks for the advice and guidance provided by His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) for his blessed time.
