His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) welcomed a delegation from the Popular Mobilization Forces, where they listened to the directives and commandments of his Eminence, stressing in his speech that the enemies of Iraq have drawn their eyes to this country, because it is the source of the strength of Shiism, the center of the state of the awaited Imam al-Mahdi (may God hasten his honorable reappearance) and the capital of his blessed state.

His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) added that with your bearing the banner of defending Iraq, you defended the sanctities, the homeland and the people, and the fingers that pressed the combat rifles deserve a thousand kisses of respect from me.

His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) called on all those in the popular crowd to have their intentions as drawing near to Allah (the Exalted). So, that their actions, defenses and jihad in the way of Allah (the Exalted) be pleasing to him and victory for the original Muhammedan religion.
