Sheikh Al-Najafy: “We live in an era of occultation of the Awaited Imam (may Allah hasten his reappearance) , and the best work in it is waiting for relief and performing duties that bring us closer to the imam of our time.

The representative of His Eminence (May Allah prolong his life) and the director of his office, His Eminence Sheikh Ali Al-Najafy, participated in the commemoration of the night of the fifteenth  of Shaban in the holy Karbala, and the commemoration of religious rituals on the anniversary of the birth of Imam Al-Mahdi (may our souls are sacrificed for him).

His Eminence indicated in a speech he delivered to the celebrating crowds: That the presence of believers today in Karbala has a special place with Allah (Glory be to Him), and that they have a great reward that only Allah knows, and he reminded them of a number of narrations from the imams (PBUT) in the virtue of Visiting Imam Hussein (PBUH) and commemorating  the night of the fifteenth of Shaban.

“We live in an era of the Awaited Imam’s occultation, and the best deeds in it are waiting for relief, and performing duties that bring us closer to the imam of our time, and even bring joy and pleasure to his heart.” His Eminence emphasized in his speech.

Believers are to be committed to good manners, keeping one’s tongue from evil things, abiding by the commands of Allah, and avoiding the prohibitions.
