* The competent authorities in the Iraq should give special care to the poor and orphans, and are keen to secure a decent life for them.

* The Iraqi tribes have a close relationship with Najaf, due to their strong belief in the centrality of this city in Shiism.

* We call on tribes to cooperate and bear responsibility for some wrong and bad customs and traditions that have nothing to do with religion.

The representative of His Eminence Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) and the director of his central office, His Eminence Sheikh Ali Al-Najafy, visited the south of the capital, Baghdad, to communicate with its people, tribes and religious institutions within the Ramadan program to communicate with various segments of society in the governorates of Iraq, where he conveyed the peace and supplication of His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) to all Iraqi people with faith, success and safety.

Sheikh Ali Al-Najafy began the visit by honoring a group of distinguished orphans in the Al-Anwar Al-Najafiya Foundation - Mahmoudiya branch, which is sponsored by the office of His Eminence Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) and to meet with their honorable families to communicate and check on their situation.

Sheikh Ali Al-Najafy stated that His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) always emphasizes communicating with the families of orphans and taking care of them financially and morally, pointing out that the goal of this visit is to bring joy to the hearts of orphans and their families in this blessed month, and to see their living reality and their daily life.

Sheikh Ali Al-Najafy stressed that the competent authorities in the Iraq should give special care to the poor and orphans, and be keen to secure a decent life for them, like the rest of society, indicating that tens of thousands of orphans could be citizens capable of building and developing the nation if the state took proper care of them.

After visiting and honoring the distinguished orphans in the Mahmudiya district Al-Najafy visited the families of the martyrs in the capital, Baghdad, where he met with a number of the families of the martyrs, indicating that the faithful Iraqi woman bore a great responsibility in raising and upbringing her children, especially widows who suffer great pressures and the state’s neglect of them.

Sheikh Ali Al-Najafy mentioned that His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) always emphasizes the importance of communicating with the families of the martyrs, caring for their orphaned children, and getting to know their demands and standard of living.

Sheikh Ali Al-Najafy met, during his visit to Baghdad, with a number of sheikhs and dignitaries of tribes in southern Baghdad through visiting their hosts and offices and communicating with them emphasizing that the Iraqi tribes have a close relationship with Najaf, for their strong belief in the centrality of this city in Shiism, the importance of the Hawza and its strong defense of the doctrine of Ahlulbait (peace be upon them) and their followers in all parts of the world, praising the great efforts and sacrifices made by the Iraqi tribes to defend the sanctities of Iraq, its land and its people against the forces of terrorism that occupied a number of its cities during the past years.

Sheikh Ali Al-Najafy indicated that the Iraqi tribes and their hosts are great schools of education and morals, and it is one of the means of consolidating these morals in the hearts of children in society. He called on the tribes to cooperate and take responsibility for some of the wrong and bad customs and traditions that have nothing to do with religion to eliminate them in order to preserve the status of tribes in society.
