Representative of His Eminence Ayatollah Al-Najafy:

* Stresses the care of the families of the martyrs of the security forces and the popular mobilization forces.

* Stresses the importance of caring for young people and reaching them, and consolidating their national and religious identity.

* The conferees affirm that the attack against religion and the source of strength of the believers  (the religious seminary and its scholars) is one of the methods of soft warfare.

Under the auspices of the office of His Eminence the Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir A-Najafy (may  Allah prolong his life), the representative of His Eminence Sheikh Ali Al-Najafy and under the slogan:"(Representatives and Delegates of the Marjaiya: reforming society and defending Islamic identity" led the General Conference of the Representatives and Delegates of His Eminence the Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir A-Najafy (may  Allah prolong his life) which was held in the holy city of Najaf and its ninth edition. The conference was held in the Holy Shrine of the Prophet Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) of the Holy Shrine.

Reciter Hisham Al-Birman recited verses from the Holy Quran, marking the start of the work of the conference, which began with a welcome speech by His Eminence Sheikh Adel Al-Zargani, an official of the representatives and delegates department in which he indicated the importance of this annual meeting and the great positive points it leaves of interest to the preaching work of respected preachers, the important theses he presents, and the great impact they contain in this vital field.

Al-Zurgani praised the efforts that are being made in what we see of religious preaching work, which certainly indicates a positive situation that will be reflected in society in general, indicating the real existence of a soft war on the fields of thought, religion, and society, and that this matter is far from the so-called conspiracy theory, as there is a systematic attack on all the sacred and religious symbols, which calls on all of us to be at the level of responsibility to protect society and enhance its confidence.

He also offered his thanks and high appreciation to all the attendees, thanking them for this majestic presence.

The representative of His Eminence, in Basra Al-Fayhaa, His Eminence Sheikh Ali Al-Motori stressed - in a speech he delivered during the conference - the necessity of linking society, the believers, the Shiites, and the youth to the Hawza, and in this regard, he expressed: "No one – during this time of occultation – is not aware that the Hawza with its scholars since the occultation was a destination for the believers, a refuge for the oppressed, and a pleader for the oppressed, how not? Their young brothers rushed to seek knowledge and to bear the heavy burden of transferring the divine message and promoting the religious issues, this is why the Hawza was a firm goal - steadfastness and continuity without interruption - with various fabrications, criticisms, and exaggerations because they realized that the core of the divine message (and the power of the Shiites) is the Hawza and its scholars, and the strength lies in its gathering around its Hawza and its religious references and scholars, so they deliberately, through a soft war, to spread some ideas that weaken the link between society and the Hawza.

Al-Motori warned of the spread of many movements of skepticism about dogmatic constants while harnessing a number of media means and great potentials to dismantle the nation and create a separation between the Hawza and its revision of the great persona from the nation after it had been proven to be a source of divine power stored in the preservation of religion.

For his part, Ayatollah Al-Sayed Muhammad Taher Al-Jazairi, presented research on the concepts of reconciliation with oneself first to reach true faith to achieve societal reform, pointing out the importance of type rather than numerical quantity in the paths of self and societal reform.

The representative of His Eminence the Grand Ayatollah Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) and the director of his office, His Eminence Sheikh Ali Al-Najafy - during his speech at the conference - stressed the importance of linking believers to and communicating with the Guiding Religious Authrorities [Marjaia], and the need to care for young people, contact and push them towards their roots, religious origins and national identity, referring to that the mosque and the Husayniyya presented a noble example of those young men who had the honor of participating in the liberation of the land of Iraq from the criminal defilement of ISIS, in addition to many humanitarian and patriotic stances that the true Islam affirmed, the foremost of which was extinguishing the sectarian fire sedition that was destined to devour Iraq, had it not been for the immortal stances recorded by the Sons of Iraq under the leadership of the religious authority in the most honorable Najaf, in addition to the many humanitarian and patriotic stances urged by the Holy Street.

Al-Najafy stressed the transfer of the commandment of His Eminence the Grand Ayatollah Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life), which is based on urging the importance of following up on the families of the martyrs, visiting the wounded of the Mujahid of the mobilization Forces and the rest of the security forces, and caring for them. The (positives) dialogue is viewed directly, and our work is built on it in a way that enables us to cultivate hope in the nation and its rising generation, and mitigate the (negatives) of what the counter-advertisement sows in our society, with the need to approach people, follow up on their affairs, and go down to the societal circles in its various sectors.

In addition, Sheikh Ali Al-Najafy stressed the importance and position of the sheikhs of our Iraqi tribes and the necessity of communicating with them and supporting them with what they possess of an authentic Iraqi national spirit, away from the spirit of tribalism and intolerance.

The conference included many speeches of scholars and preachers, in which they discussed preserving the religious, national, and civilized identity in the reality of Iraqi society, as well as spreading the message of tolerance, love, and brotherhood among the people of the same country, and moving forward towards building a society that is not affected by the hands of prejudices aiming to remove it from its roots and virtuous values.
