His Eminence the Religious Authority Sheikh Bashir Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) welcomed a delegation of preachers from Côte d'Ivoire in the African continent, during their blessed visit to the shrines of the Imams of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in Iraq.

During the meeting, His Eminence congratulated the delegation on this great success, emphasizing that Iraq is a blessed country, honored to house the graves of six of the Imams of Ahl al-Bayt (AS), making it a beacon of guidance, a refuge for believing hearts, and a spiritual center for lovers and followers from all over the world.

His Eminence also addressed the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Great Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his progeny), reviewing the immense tribulations faced by the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali (AS), and Lady Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her) after his passing. He pointed to their great role in defending the authentic Muhammadan religion and protecting Islam from deviation and distortion.

At the end of the meeting, His Eminence the Religious Authority Sheikh Bashir Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) praised the efforts of the preachers in the African continent, blessing their blessed endeavor to spread the teachings of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and guide people to the path of truth and righteousness. He emphasized that this work represents a great mission in supporting the religion and entrenching authentic Muhammadan values in human societies.
