BASRA — Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Ali Al-Najafi attended the memorial service (Fatiha) held for the pilgrims who tragically lost their lives in a pedestrian hit-and-run accident during their Arbaeen march in Karma Ali, Basra Governorate.

Sheikh Al-Najafi conveyed the condolences and sympathy of Grand Ayatollah Al-Najafi to the bereaved families, sharing in their grief over this painful tragedy.

He prayed to God Almighty to shower the deceased with His vast mercy and forgiveness, grant them a place in Paradise alongside Imam Hussein (pbuh), and grant their families patience and fortitude.
