All due respect is to every Iraqi who participated in the pilgrimage of Arbaeen, whether as a servant or a pilgrim. You have embodied true generosity, giving, and selflessness.

The Representative of His Eminence Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) and the director of his central office in Najaf al-Ashraf, His Eminence Sheikh Ali Najafi, participated in the commemoration of the Arbaeen pilgrimage in the holy city of Karbala. They visited the shrine of Imam Hussein and his brother Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them) to welcome the camps and faithful delegations from various countries worldwide and Iraqi provinces.

His Eminence Sheikh Najafi, in his address to the faithful, emphasized that this pilgrimage is in compliance with the directives and orders of our Imams (peace be upon them), who have emphasized the obligation of visiting Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and showing grief and sorrow. At the same time, it is a project to bring joy, happiness, sympathy, and loyalty into the heart of the Master of the Age and Time (may our souls be sacrificed for him).

He added that this year's pilgrimage was unique on the global stage and is a noble humanitarian project that will remain a beacon in the conscience of the nation and humanity as a whole. It serves as a platform for intellectual, cultural, and peaceful coexistence.

His Eminence Sheikh Najafi stated that today we are witnessing a unique phenomenon in all its psychological, religious, moral, social, economic, and even political dimensions: the phenomenon of the Arbaeen pilgrimage in both its servant and visitor aspects. This pilgrimage has shown great interaction, fusion of ideas, and clear purpose.

His Eminence further stated that Iraqis have demonstrated their adherence to the noble Arab values encouraged by Islam in their interactions with Arab and foreign visitors. All due respect is to every Iraqi who participated in the Arbaeen pilgrimage, whether as a servant or a pilgrim. You have truly embodied genuine generosity, giving, and selflessness.

His Eminence Sheikh Najafi affirmed that the significant participation of the followers of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) from various countries around the world is evidence of the size and status of the Shia followers of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) globally, their geographic distribution, and their vast numbers in all corners of the world. This is a new Hussaini victory.
