His Eminence Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir Al-Najafy's office in Babel Governorate held a religious lecture on the life of Fatima Al-Zahra (PBUH).

Sayed Aziz al-Amidi said during the religious lecture: "Fatima al-Zahra was raised in the arms of revelation and prophecy. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HF) would stand up when Fatima entered, and he would kiss her head and hand. The Muslims heard the Prophet Muhammad say (PBUH&HF): 'Fatima is named Fatima because Allah has saved those who love her from Hell.' Yes, Fatima al-Zahra resembled the Prophet Muhammad in his character and morals."

He added: "Fatima, the daughter of the Prophet, has a great status among Muslims of all sects. They agree that she has a status with Allah that exceeds that of all women in the world, and that she is the Lady of Women in the world according to the Islamic perspective."

Al-Amidi offered his condolences to the Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance), the great scholars, and the Islamic Ummah on this occasion and tragedy.
