The visit was made to check on the health and well-being of His Eminence the Great Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir Hussain Al-Najafy (May Allah prolong his life) and to offer prayers for his health and safety, and for the nation to benefit from his prolonged presence and the seminary to thrive with his rich scholarly contributions.

Both dignitaries prayed to the Almighty (Glorified and Exalted be He) to guide the nation towards the path of guidance and righteousness.
