The representative of His Eminence the Religious Authority Sheikh al-Najafi (may Allah prolong his life) and the director of his central office in Najaf al-Ashraf, His Eminence Sheikh Ali al-Najafi, participated in the Fatiha gathering held in the city of Najaf al-Ashraf, in commemoration of the soul of the martyred authority, His Eminence Ayatollah al-Uzma Sayyid Ali al-Khamenei (may his noble soul be sanctified).

His Eminence offered sincere condolences and sympathy over this great loss, recalling the religious and leadership role undertaken by the deceased in serving Islam and Muslims, and the notable impact he left on the Islamic arena.

His Eminence also supplicated to Allah Almighty to envelop the blessed departed in His vast mercy and abundant grace, to grant him a place in His expansive paradise, to gather him with the Greatest Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his progeny) and his pure and immaculate Ahl al-Bayt, and to bestow patience and solace upon his family, his followers, and the entire Muslim ummah.

The Fatiha gathering witnessed a wide attendance of scholars, distinguished members of the religious seminary (Hawza), and official and social figures in Najaf al-Ashraf, who converged to offer condolences and sympathy, praying to the Lord Almighty to envelop the departed in His vast mercy and to protect the Muslim ummah from all harm.
