His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) in his speech during the visit of a delegation from the Foundation of Al-Zahra (PBUH) to his blessed office emphasized the importance and status of the dear land of Iraq as it is the point of start to holding the state of justice under the command of Ima Al-Huja the Awwaited (may Allah hasten his reappearance) to spread justice to the entire world, where the land of  Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf and its mosque, the Great Mosque of Al-Kufa, are the starting point for this great divine project.

His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) explained the importance of knowledge and the role of the seminary in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf, from which the seminaries were branched out in the world, indicating that knowledge is the science of religions, which is what this seminary has taken care of to draw closer to Allah Almighty and the way to reform the soul, and the science of the bodies, which is taught in schools and universities and in which the health of the body. These two types are complementary to each other.

His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) pointed out the need to build the country through science and advance it in various economic, scientific, commercial, and other fields.
