His Eminence, the Grand Ayatollah Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) emphasized the status and role of the seminary in Al-Najaf and its importance in the Islamic world, pointing out that Najaf seminary provided the Islamic nation - long decades ago - with great jurists, thinkers, and leaders, who had a great role in spreading thought and approach Ahlulbait (peace be upon them).

His Eminence, the Grand Ayatollah Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) stated that the religious seminaries in the world bear a great responsibility in spreading the promotion of good and forbidding evil, and advising and guiding believers towards the truth, what is permissible and what is forbidden.

The visiting scholarly delegation emphasized the importance and position of the office of His Eminence, the Grand Ayatollah Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) in guiding the believers and leading the religious seminary in Najaf in particular, and in Islamic countries in general.
